Our engineering shop designs, manufactures and assembles precision components and performance critical parts for diverse industries including industrial tools, automotive, marine, railway, aerospace and dental.
But of course our dedication is automotive and motorsports applications. We are ISO 9001: 2015 certified and the factory is staffed with a small team of skilled and experienced engineers.
Preparation
We can start from a bare shell, an existing road car or even a used Race car, tailoring our service to suit your requirements.
We discuss and plan this at length with you prior to starting any project. These discussions include any prospective Race series to be entered.
We pride ourselves on attention to detail from the very start. We can engineer bespoke items if required, including new wiring looms. We will specify all equipment that you may need and assemble the car to FIA, MSUK and race series regulations.
Engineering
Race
We provide you with any advice that you may need and can supply you with any amount of support you require. We offer basic race prep - where you drop the car to us prior to your race meeting and collect and take it yourself to the track - all the way through to a full track support package with hospitality at any track or event that you specify.
We offer services on an event by event basis, or in a full season package. Data acquisition and tuition with trusted motorsport professionals is also available.
Supply & Fit
We do not believe in compromising on quality, therefore we only supply vehicle parts and spares from quality manufacturers. We would rather explain the price, quality, and advantages of something than the cost of replacing it forever more.
We are building great relationships with our suppliers and have key contracts in place with Rymax Lubricants, ECUMaster, VBox, Speedsocket, Ohlins, KA Sensors, Millers Oils and Cartek.
Our aim is to become Authorised Fitting Centres for all our suppliers - because you should only fit parts that you know, trust and that are tried and tested.
Sim Training
Our extensive motorsport experience meant that a natural progression was to introduce Sim Training into our remit.
Of course, Sim Training is only really going to be super effective with Instruction and data analysis, which we offer as a matter of course. Data analysis works the same way as it does at the track, giving you the same result - improvement.
We use the VBox Motorsport ESim package for Data Analysis, this gives proper predictive lap timing with the Racelogic Lap Timer, in addition to this, overlaid data is available on Circuit Tools, VBox's own Data Analysis Software.
Repair
Unfortunately, things can and do go wrong in Motorsport. We can work to tight deadlines and handle the extreme pressure involved, from finding and supplying parts to repairing and fitting all parts required. This includes any associated work such as chassis realignment and painting.
The picture below shows serious damage sustained at Oulton Park two prior weeks to the Spa Classic. We rebuilt the car and arrived at Spa on time.
The Team didn't get quite as much sleep as they would have liked.... but the Mustang looked like new. Our customer was delighted.
